Michael A. Iverson - CEO, Chairman and Director

Mr. Iverson has substantial and extensive experience in structuring, operating and managing public and private companies in the resource sector. Mr. Iverson was Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fortuna Silver Mines from March 1998 to December 2004 and remains as a Director of the company to present. Mr. Iverson is the Chairman and a Director of Niogold Mining Corp. Mr. Iverson has been President and Director of Triple K Ventures Ltd from March 1975 to the present. He has also served as President and Director of R.P.F. Custom Wood Fibre Ltd since 1985. In November 1997, Mr. Iverson joined Sasha Ventures Ltd., a public company serving as President and Director.

John LaGourgue - Chief Operating Officer and Director

Mr. LaGourgue brings a variety of strengths to Volcanic, which include managing technical and logistical operations, as well as a range of market-related and financial activities. He has been an officer and director since January, 2010.Prior to joining Volcanic, John provided consulting services to oil and gas service companies in Calgary, Alberta. His role included sales, financing options, purchasing, logistics, operational and technical solutions for tubular products to clients across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick. His Fortune 100 experience includes EMC Corporation, where he was a National Sales Manager. Mr. LaGourgue also co-founded and operated an investor relations firm in the 1990's, raising capital and providing public companies with a variety of services. He has served on the board of directors of public companies, and has operated his own consulting company for many years. He graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, with Honors.

Lawrence A. Yopyk, P. Geo - Director

Yopyk is an accomplished petroleum geologist (University of Alberta, 1969) with over 40 years experience evaluating the geology and undiscovered petroleum and natural gas potential of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. His experience in Western Canada covers most all aspects of the oil and gas business from running a private oil & gas company, prospect generation, land acquisition, getting prospects drilled, evaluation of drilling results to buying and selling oil and gas assets. During his career Mr. Yopyk held positions with Sun Oil Company, Bluesky Oil & Gas Ltd., Petromark Minerals and is currently president of his own private oil & gas company. His track record includes numerous oil & gas discoveries in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. He is also a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Steve Kenwood, P. Geo - Director

Mr. Kenwood currently serves as a geological and management consultant to various public and private companies. He is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Kenwood received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1987. Mr. Kenwood has experience in the area of advanced project development, as a geologist with Cominco, Ltd. on the Snip gold project, as a project geologist at the Eskay Creek deposit for Prime Exploration Ltd., and as a project geologist on the Petaquilla copper-gold porphyry deposit in Panama. Mr. Kenwood is currently a Director of Ely Gold & Minerals Inc., Central Resources Corp., and Ultra Uranium Inc.

Jonathan Richards - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Richards was previously an audit manager at a premier Canadian chartered accountant firm where he specialized in the mining industry. Mr. Richards has significant accounting experience working with mineral exploration and development companies in Albania, Canada and throughout the world. Mr. Richards completed a bachelor of management studies degree with first-class honours from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and gained his membership of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2005. In addition to audit experience, Mr. Richards is also the chief financial officer of a number of other public mineral exploration and development companies.
